About this release

“Anxiety’s Been Humming” is about living with that constant noise in your head—the fear, overthinking, and uncertainty that can make it hard to find peace. The song comes from a vulnerable place of feeling overwhelmed while still trying to hold on to faith and hope. It captures the struggle between what anxiety is telling you and the quiet reminder that you’re not alone and you can keep going. At its core, it’s about moving through fear instead of pretending it isn’t there, and slowly finding peace even while anxiety is still humming in the background.
